Gwendolen is delighted to offer live online 1-1 Stretch & Strength Flexibility coaching sessions. After an initial consultation and assessment to discuss your goals, 'problem' areas, or injuries, these sessions are tailored to the specific areas you wish or need to work on.

Private lessons allow focused coaching with a target of your choice, such as: mastering your splits, leg extensions or turnout, improving your dancing technique or simply enhancing your overall mobility and strength.​ Gwendolen's style is to teach in a supportive, encouraging, and fun environment,  building your confidence and technique, whilst focusing on the detail.

These online sessions are the perfect supplement to a dancer's or yogi's training or professional practice but if you're a beginner, Gwendolen can help guide you through beginner routines.
